Kent Barnett has substantial experience in complex trial litigation and appellate litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. He has litigated numerous disputes in state and federal courts across the country, including those concerning: products liability, personal injury, breach of contract, misrepresentation, securities fraud, putative class actions, employment discrimination, wage and hour, and bankruptcy matters. He has also been involved in numerous pro bono activities, including serving as trial and appointed appellate counsel in state and federal habeas corpus proceedings.
